Principal's Spotlight

Red Bug families,

We want to extend a huge thank you to our amazing PTA volunteers for hosting an incredible Book Fair and Winter Carnival! A special shout-out goes to Mrs. Kucera for coordinating our Book Fair for our PTA. Mrs. Kucera is one of our Exceptional Student Education (ESE) Support Facilitators and a proud mom of two Red Bug students! We appreciate all you did to make this Book Fair a success!

Spotlight on Dr. Cardarelli and Our Music Students

This past Friday night, our Piano Club and Orchestra students performed beautifully in our Winter Concert! Dr. Cardarelli, our talented Music Teacher, pours so much time and effort into helping our students shine, and it truly shown! Congratulations to each student who performed! You made us proud!

Progress Monitoring Reminder

This week, 1st, 4th, and 5th grade students will participate in STAR/FAST Progress Monitoring 2. Teachers have shared testing dates in their newsletters, and make-up testing will also take place.

Please help your child prepare by:

· Getting a good night’s sleep

· Eating a healthy breakfast

· Encouraging them to do their best

These assessments help us measure growth from the start of the school year.
